No Insurance

If you find yourself prosecuted for using a vehicle without insurance this may have serious ramifications. It is an offence viewed seriously by the court, and it thus carries a high number of penalty points upon conviction. The minimum points the court can impose are 6. The maximum is 8 points. You only need to accrue 12 points in a 3 year period to potentially face a “totting-up” disqualification for a minimum period of 6 months.

Contact Morton’s Solicitors and we can advise you upon potential defences and can help you keep your licence.
