After completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology Francesca undertook a
legal internship Good Counsel New York, United States of America. This role
involved advanced legal research and drafting which prepared her well for joining
Morton’s solicitors in November 2023 as an apprentice paralegal.

Francesca has gone on to become a fully qualified paralegal and is now engaged in supporting both the Directors in complex cases. Francesca has a strong eye for
detail and is tenacious in researching documentary evidence to get the crucial
nuggets of information which can often prove essential in a client’s defence.

Francesca demonstrates the same tenacity when chasing and securing outcomes for client who are under police investigation. She is experienced and skilled in making representations regarding the extension of pre charge bail.

Francesca is responsible for organising and despatching representatives to the
police station to ensure that we can provide uninterrupted representation when it is needed.
