OLDHAM MAGISTRATES COURT TO CLOSE

23rd September 2016 is the day set for closure of Oldham Magistrates Court.  All cases are being transferred to Tameside Magistrates Court (Ashton-Under-Lyne).

Cases are already being set for trial at Tameside Magistrates for after the date for closure. Oldham Magistrates’ and Oldham County Court were among 86 of 91 courts nationwide threatened with closure within two years.

Office Closed - Monday 17th- Tuesday 18th August.

Temporary Office Closure.

As Alex Nash from our office is getting married on Monday and our staff in attendance, we are going to be closed Monday and Tuesday. Normal hours will resume on Wednesday. We will have an agent to cover emergencies at the police station or court during these days of closure.
