Receptionist wanted to join our award-winning team.

We are seeking to hire a legal secretary / receptionist due to the retirement of a long-term member of our team.

A successful candidate would represent the professional attitude of the company to both new and existing clients, together with providing administrative support to
our lawyers.

The role involves contact with people of diverse
backgrounds. We are looking for a strong orientation for quality customer service delivery and a pleasant attitude.

The possession of an attention to detail and an ability to work effectively with others in a team setting is essential.

We will also require proficient use of our computer database for data entry, audio typing and the processing of incoming and outgoing emails.
