Driving Convictions Quashed Due To False Findings

We have successfully applied to get convictions set aside in two cases this week as a result of the Randox scandal. In one case the original false finding was 5.9 ugs of cannabis in the blood when in fact there was ZERO!

If you receive a letter saying that you may have been affected, please contact us straight away. We can apply for our costs to be met by the court so it needn’t cost you a penny. You may also be able to claim damages.

As Alex Nash from our office is getting married on Monday and our staff in attendance, we are going to be closed Monday and Tuesday. Normal hours will resume on Wednesday. We will have an agent to cover emergencies at the police station or court during these days of closure.
