Since the new drug driving offence was introduced last year, Mortons Solicitors have represented a large number of defendants charged with drug driving across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire and Derbyshire Courts.

The 23rd September 2016 is the day set for closure of Oldham Magistrates Court. All cases are being transferred to Tameside Magistrates Court (Ashton-Under-Lyne).
